Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled
SAP HANA FIN VIM Package Consultant
to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP HANA Financials (FIN) with OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and VIM processes, with a strong understanding of end-to-end financial business processes and integration points. This role involves direct client interaction and project ownership to ensure high-quality delivery and trusted business advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical SAP solutions focused on
    SAP S/4HANA Finance
    and
    OpenText VIM
    .
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP FIN VIM solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Serve as the
    functional/techno-functional expert
    in SAP Finance and VIM modules, supporting full project lifecycle from blueprinting to go-live.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.) and third-party systems.
  • Provide guidance and support for system testing, data migration, and user training.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose SAP-based solutions.
  • Lead client workshops, presentations, and documentation of solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery excellence and proactive communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in implementing
    SAP S/4HANA Finance
    and
    OpenText VIM
    (preferably in an ECC to S/4HANA migration context).
  • Strong knowledge of
    Accounts Payable (AP)
    processes,
    invoice processing
    ,
    workflow management
    , and
    document management
    .
  • Hands-on configuration experience in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and VIM solution components.
  • Good understanding of SAP integration points with MM, SD, and other modules.
  • Experience in
    VIM Roles and Authorization
    ,
    DP (Document Processing)
    , and
    ICC (Invoice Capture Center)
    .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP or OpenText VIM Certification.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to automation tools and Fiori applications in S/4HANA.
