Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP QM (Quality Management) modules.

Design and optimize processes for production planning, shop floor control, and quality inspections.

Integrate PP/QM with MM, SD, and WM modules to ensure smooth manufacturing and quality processes.

Configure and support:

BOM, Work Centers, Routings, Production Orders, MRP (in PP).

Inspection Lots, Quality Notifications, Certificates, Audit Management (in QM).

Manage in-process quality inspection during production orders.

Handle batch management, traceability, and defect recording.

Support end-to-end testing, user training, and documentation.

Work closely with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of SAP PP and QM consulting experience.

Strong knowledge of production planning, shop floor control, and quality processes.

Expertise in integration between PP and QM (e.g., in-process inspection during production).

Hands-on experience with batch management, MRP, and quality certificates.

Knowledge of S/4HANA PP and QM is a plus.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and client interaction skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Exposure to PP-PI (Process Industries) and QM in Pharmaceuticals/Automotive.

Familiarity with ABAP debugging for issue analysis.
