Job Title: Jr. Abap Consultant

Employment Type: Full-Time with ROITech.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior ABAP Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in ABAP programming and a passion for SAP development. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and learning in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICEFW objects) in SAP ECC or S/4HANA systems.

Work closely with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Customize SAP applications to meet business needs, following best practices and coding standards.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for developed solutions.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues in SAP systems, providing timely support to end-users.

Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and tools, actively participating in training sessions and workshops.

Participate in code reviews and collaborate with peers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Document technical designs, configurations, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team, suggesting innovative ideas and solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

0-2 years of experience in ABAP development within SAP environments.

Strong understanding of SAP modules

Proficiency in ABAP programming, including ABAP Objects, ABAP Data Dictionary, and SAP enhancements techniques.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 development is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP certification in ABAP development.

Hands-on experience with SAP workflow development.

Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver technologies.

Exposure to agile development methodologies.
