Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Operations to oversee the end-to-end functioning of a 4-star resort. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high standards across all departments including F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily resort operations ensuring smooth coordination across all departments.
  • Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
  • Drive operational efficiency and ensure adherence to SOPs.
  • Lead and motivate department heads to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and implement continuous improvement measures.
  • Liaise with ownership and management for planning and strategy execution.
  • Oversee manpower planning, training, and team development.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
  • 6–10 years of proven experience in resort or hotel operations (preferably 4-star category or above).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on experience managing F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and people management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle guest concerns professionally.
  • Male candidates only (as per operational requirements).
  • Candidates with a stable work history in reputed hospitality brands preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹720, ₹960,000.00 per year
