Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

Location: Goa, India

Department: Housekeeping

Reports To: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry team, and public area cleaners
  • Conduct daily briefings, assign duties, and manage staff scheduling
  • Ensure staff follow hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety protocols
  • Ensure all guest rooms, linen, public areas, and back-of-house areas maintain the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to ensure service consistency
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities
  • Liaise with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B departments for smooth operations
  • Ensure rooms are prepared for arrivals and special guest requests
  • Oversee laundry operations and linen room functionality

Experience

  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in housekeeping operations
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or senior housekeeping role (Assistant Executive Housekeeper or higher)
  • Experience in luxury hotels or resorts preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
