Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory Certification: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
  • 6+ years of total IT experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on development using Pega PRPC (v8.x or higher preferred).
  • Strong experience in Case Management (CJCM) framework implementation.
  • Solid understanding of Declarative rules, Activities, Data Pages, Flows, and UI Rules.
  • Experience integrating Pega applications with external systems.
  • Knowledge of Pega Deployment Manager, Pega DevOps pipelines, and unit testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:
- Experience with Pega Decisioning / Customer Service frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and containerized deployments.
- Prior experience working with large-scale enterprise implementations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Pega-based applications using Pega Platform and CJCM frameworks.
  • Work closely with business analysts and architects to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Pega solutions.
  • Participate in solution design sessions, code reviews, and performance tuning of Pega applications.
  • Develop integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other standard APIs.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in Pega application design, coding standards, and guardrail compliance.
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure smooth application functionality.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers, contributing to technical excellence within the team.
  • Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for continuous integration, testing, and deployment.
