Senior Pega Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about designing enterprise-level Pega applications, leading technical teams, and delivering impactful digital solutions for clients.Responsibilities: Design end-to-end Pega architectures (system, data, integration).Build scalable Pega solutions using advanced Pega BPM features.Lead case management application design using Constellation.Implement integrations with Oracle, LDAP, Active Directory, etc.Create technical designs, develop code, and lead testing.Support deployments, configuration, and environment setup.Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance.Mentor junior developers and collaborate with business/technical teams.Drive BPM adoption and identify new process improvement opportunities.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.CSSA certification required.5–6 years (Senior Associate) or 7–8 years (Manager) of Pega experience.Strong background in enterprise Pega apps, case design, rules, and data modeling.Consulting or industry experience preferred (banking, insurance, healthcare).Experience with Agile delivery and Pega application deployment.Technical skills in Java/J2EE, SQL, Web Services, JBoss/WebLogic/WebSphere.
