About the ClientOur client has recently secured a large-scale, enterprise-wide Pega transformation programme covering key domains across financial services, insurance, and healthcare.To support this initiative, they are partnering with us to build a pioneer team of 50 Pega professionals by year end covering the full delivery lifecycle from design to deployment.This is a rare opportunity to join a new Pega delivery organisation from the ground up, gain exposure to complex enterprise use cases, and accelerate your growth with a steep learning curve alongside certified architects, solution leaders, and Agile delivery teams.About the RoleWe are hiring experienced Pega professionals (5–8 years) for Senior and Manager positions. You will lead solution design, collaborate with architects, guide development teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across the full Pega lifecycle.This role is ideal for CSSA-certified consultants who are comfortable working in Agile environments and managing complex technical workstreams.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign system, data, and integration architectures for enterprise Pega applications.Use advanced Pega capabilities to build efficient, secure, and scalable solutions.Design case management applications using Constellation, ensuring guardrail compliance.Create detailed technical design documents and review with Lead System Architect (LSA).Implement workflows, rules, UI components, integrations, and data models.Build complex integrations using Oracle, LDAP, Active Directory, APIs, and web services.Execute unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and performance.Follow branching and ruleset management strategies defined by the LSA.Participate in configuration management and environment setup for deployments.Provide post-deployment support, bug fixes, and enhancements.Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and unexpected system behaviour.Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.Collaborate with BAs, architects, and client teams to drive project goals.Help clients expand BPM adoption and identify new Pega automation opportunities.Build strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive engagement.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MIS, or related fields).5–6 years experience for Senior Associate; 7–8 years for Manager.Strong experience in building enterprise Pega applications (case types, data models, decisions, integrations).Background in Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe).Experience in Pega application deployment activities.Strong analytical skills, documentation ability, and stakeholder communication.Pega CSSA certification (mandatory).Preferred QualificationsDomain experience in Banking (KYC, fraud, complaints),Insurance (claims, underwriting), orHealthcare (appeals, grievances, claims).Hands-on experience with Constellation.Experience identifying and resolving complex technical issues.Why JoinBe part of major, multi-year Pega transformation programmes.Work with top-tier architects and global delivery teams.Fast-track growth into solutions leadership roles.Exposure to modern Pega capabilities including Constellation, DevOps, and next-gen integration frameworks.Collaborative, high-performance consulting environment.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' or reach out to Carson Wong at c.wong@masonfrank.com with an up-to-date copy of your CV.EA License Number: 11C3017EA Registration Number: R23118348
