About the ClientOur client has recently secured a large-scale, enterprise-wide Pega transformation programme covering key domains across financial services, insurance, and healthcare.To support this initiative, they are partnering with us to build a pioneer team of 50 Pega professionals by year end covering the full delivery lifecycle from design to deployment.This is a rare opportunity to join a new Pega delivery organisation from the ground up, gain exposure to complex enterprise use cases, and accelerate your growth with a steep learning curve alongside certified architects, solution leaders, and Agile delivery teams.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Pega Developer, you will be involved in designing, configuring, and delivering Pega applications aligned with best practices and enterprise standards. Your responsibilities include:Technical DeliveryDesign, build, and configure Pega applications using Pega Platform capabilitiesTranslate business requirements and process flows into scalable technical solutionsDevelop case lifecycles, data models, business rules, and decision logicImplement integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, JMS, and standard APIsParticipate in design sessions, solution reviews, and performance tuning activitiesCollaboration & GovernanceWork with Business Architects, Solution Architects, and client stakeholdersEnsure all implementations adhere to Pega guardrails and design standardsContribute to reusable components, frameworks, and best practice patternsSupport SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activitiesAgile & DevOpsWork within Agile delivery teams (Scrum/SAFe)Support DevOps and CI/CD processes for Pega Cloud or on-prem environmentsAssist with test automation (Selenium, Postman, PTAK, JUnit) and integration testingWhat We’re Looking ForExperience & Skills1–4 years of hands-on Pega development experienceStrong understanding of case management, flows, rules, data types, and integrationsExperience working in Agile project environmentsFamiliarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deploymentsBasic knowledge of SQL, API validation, and test automation toolsPega Certified System Architect (CSA)Nice to HaveDomain experience in: Banking (KYC, fraud, complaints), Insurance (claims, underwriting), Healthcare (appeals, claims management)Exposure to Constellation UI or modern Pega featuresPersonality & TraitsStrong problem-solving skillsClear communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work in fast-paced project environmentsEager to learn, adapt, and grow within a rapidly scaling Pega teamWhy JoinBe part of a 50-person pioneer build for a major enterpriseWork with experienced Pega architects and delivery teamsOpportunity to handle end-to-end Pega project work, not BAUFast career growth with structured learning pathwaysHands-on exposure to new Pega capabilities (Constellation, DevOps, cloud)
