CSSA Job description:  As a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), you will analyze, design and develop business solutions on Pega platform. You will participate in all phases of the development life cycle, working closely with Business Analysts and LSA. You will be responsible for designing and developing the technical solution and lead/guide small team in development activities and ensure the quality deliverable.    Detailed JD  · Should be CSSA certified with 3+ years of demonstrated experience in design, development and implementation of PRPC-based solutions.  · Should have good experience to design and develop reusable enterprise rules and workflow components within Pega.  · Solid fundamentals in Core Java & Object-Oriented concepts  · Should have integration experience using SOAP/HTTP connectors and Web Services, MQ/JMS/File listeners  · Should be proficient in PL/SQL and tuning of Databases  · Strong experience in AGILE development methodology  · Experience in client-side technologies like HTML, Java Script, CSS      Business analyst: CPBA  Pega BA Job Description  Drive requirement gathering by working directly with the client business and IT teams to align technology with business strategy and goals. Provide high quality value adding solutions to customers using Pega platform. Support Development and Testing teams in resolving any queries related to requirements with their deep functional and domain expertise. Conduct solution demos and prepare effort estimates.    Detailed JD  · Excellent communication and client interfacing skills  · Should be Pega CPBA certified.
