Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for the position of Area Sales Manager at Brigs Espro Services Pvt Ltd. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the designated region. The role also involves managing a team of sales professionals, conducting market research, analyzing performance metrics, and providing regular sales reports. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and achieve market leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and reporting
- Knowledge of safety standards, workplace optimization, and related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and travel as required within the region
