Role Overview

As the
Head of E-commerce
, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of our online business. Your mission will be to grow sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and turn Meena Bazaar into a leading force in online ethnic fashion.

What You'll Do

Own the E-commerce Strategy
– Build data-driven growth plans for traffic, sales, and conversions.

Optimize Customer Experience
– Improve website performance, navigation, and checkout flows for higher engagement and retention.

Lead Digital Marketing Efforts
– Oversee campaigns, manage budgets, and drive ROI across channels (SEO, ads, social, email).

Use Data to Make Decisions
– Monitor KPIs, analyze conversion funnels, and implement insights for continuous improvement.

Collaborate Across Teams
– Work with design, content, marketing, and operations to deliver cohesive online campaigns.

Stay Ahead of Trends
– Keep track of Shopify innovations, competitor strategies, and industry best practices.

Lead & Mentor
– Guide the e-commerce team, build capabilities, and ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

·       Proven track record in scaling Shopify-based e-commerce businesses.

·       Deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, SEO, and conversion funnels.

·       Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

·       Experience integrating payment gateways, logistics, and third-party Shopify apps.

·       Analytical mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
