Role: Business Development Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 6-8 years (candidate with experience in Service Sector Business Development) Employment Type: Full-time

Package – 10-12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business leads across startups, MSMEs, and mid-sized enterprises.
  • Engage with founders, CFOs, and promoters to understand their business needs and propose tailored consulting solutions.
  • Support deal origination in M&A, IPOs, fundraising, and structured debt solutions.
  • Assist senior leadership in creating proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.
  • Maintain and update CRM for client interactions, pipelines, and deal tracking.
  • Attend investor meets, business forums, and networking events on behalf of First Partner.
  • Support the marketing team in outreach campaigns and LinkedIn lead generation.Desired Skills & Knowledge:
  • 5 years of business development experience in consulting, corporate finance, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with financial statements, fundraising lifecycle, and corporate governance.
  • Strong communication, client-facing, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with a track record of lead conversion and relationship-building.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
