Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Architecture

  • Set Technical Strategy:
    Define and document the
    web architecture, coding standards, and best practices
    for all front-end and back-end web applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Hands-on Development:
    Act as a
    senior individual contributor
    by writing high-quality, efficient, and well-tested code for the most critical or complex components.
  • Code Quality:
    Implement and enforce rigorous
    code review
    processes, oversee version control (Git), and ensure adherence to
    OWASP Top 10
    security guidelines.
  • Technology Evaluation:
    Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation and enhance the development stack.

Required Qualifications and SkillsExperience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years
    of professional experience in Full-Stack or relevant Web Development, with at least
    2 years
    in a Lead or Senior/Team Lead capacity.
  • Proven experience leading technical projects from
    concept through production deployment.

    Expert proficiency in
    JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

    React, Angular, or

  • Back-End Proficiency:
    Strong experience with server-side languages (e.g.,
    , Python/Django, or PHP/Laravel
    ) and building
    RESTful APIs/Microservices.
  • Database:
    Experience with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
  • DevOps & Tools:
    Proficiency with
    Git/GitHub, CI/CD tools
    (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), and cloud services (e.g.,
    AWS, Azure, or GCP
    ).
