Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for heavy fabrication and infrastructure projects.
- Identify target industries such as power plants, cement plants, refineries, steel plants, EPC contractors, government bodies, and infrastructure developers.
- Prepare annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
Study market trends, competitors, and pricing structures in heavy fabrication.
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify new business opportunities, tenders, and project leads (government & private).
- Develop strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, consultants, and PMC firms.
- Conduct regular client visits, project site visits, and technical meetings.
- Generate enquiries for fabrication works such as:
- Structural steel fabrication
- Heavy equipment fabrication
- Industrial sheds & platforms
Infrastructure & EPC fabrication support
Tendering & Proposal Support
Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and planning teams for tender submissions.
- Assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Ensure timely submission of RFQs, tenders, and bids.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, negotiations, and clarifications.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the single point of contact for key accounts.
- Address client concerns, feedback, and post-order coordination.
Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead, guide, and monitor the marketing executives and field staff.
- Assign targets, review performance, and provide on-the-job training.
- Ensure timely submission of Daily Visit Reports (DVRs), CRM updates, and MIS reports.
Motivate the team to achieve sales and enquiry targets.
Coordination with Internal Departments
Coordinate with:
- Engineering for technical clarifications
- Production & Fabrication for capacity and timelines
- Planning & Projects for execution schedules
- Accounts for commercial terms and payments
- Ensure smooth handover from marketing to execution after order finalization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50, ₹60,238.22 per month
