Job Profile:
- The role of a Marketing & Event Manager in the food business involves creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- This manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote food & beverage product.
- Managing budgets, conducting market research, and collaborating with external partners.
- Develops and executes strategies to boost brand awareness and sales, involving market research, creating campaigns (digital/traditional).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans, for events, ensuring alignment with the restaurant's goals. & analyze trends, identify opportunities, and manage budgets.
- Collaborating with Cross functional teams to develop campaigns, analyze market trends, an engage with consumers through various media channels.
- Create engaging content (copy, multimedia), manage social media, run digital ads (PPC, programmatic), and coordinate promotions/events.
- Managing social media, analysing data, coordinating product launches, overseeing budgets, and working with sales/product teams to meet consumer needs and drive loyalty, bridging the gap from farm to fork.
- Analyze consumer behavior, track competitors, and report on campaign performance (ROI) as per Market Research.
- Work with sales, product development, and external agencies (PR, creative) for aligned goals.
- Brand Management: Build brand presence, manage online reputation, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Plan, organize, and execute events, from initial concept to post-event analysis.
- Track and analyze event performance to improve future marketing efforts.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless execution of events.
- Create and distribute promotional materials for events.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Reporting: Prepare performance reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in
Restaurant Marketing or Planning
