Job Description

Employment Type: ContractualEducation: MBA PreferredKey Resposibilities:

  1. Labor Law Compliance (PAN India):

  2. Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws across locations.

  3. Monitor and update compliance status regularly.

  4. License Management:

  5. Track and manage renewals, amendments, and returns for:

    • Factory Licenses
    • CLRA Licenses
    • Shops & Establishment Act Licenses
    • Other statutory licenses

  6. Government Liaison:

  7. Coordinate with government authorities for inspections, closure notices, and compliance-related queries.

  8. Handle labor and legal notices effectively and in a timely manner.

  9. Vendor Invoice Management:

  10. Ensure timely clearance of vendor invoices in line with defined SLAs.

  11. Site Compliance Implementation:

  12. Drive labor law and statutory compliance at project and O&M sites.

  13. Conduct periodic audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
