We are currently seeking a General & Op Acctng. Associate to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Key Performance Parameters:

- Responsible for timely response to employee queries.
- Responsible for Expense report auditing, Fraud Investigation, Reporting and, T&E settlements etc.
- Identify and resolve both regular and non-routine issues
- Working closely with the Accounts Payable and other teams to ensure timely payment of the claims.
- Assisting the Team Lead during Month/Quarter/Year end close.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned task to meet or exceed SLAs
- Develop tactical and operational plans to achieve key milestones in the process
- Provide suggestions and ideas for process improvements
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, fluency in corporate English.
- Report any non-compliance issues to the management
- Should be a Good Team Player & Process driven person
- Ability to work independently, self-starter, and excellent business judgement
- Must have a strong commitment to data privacy, internal controls, and integrity.
