We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive 
Accounts Receivable Executive
 to manage customer collections, reconciliations, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, strong reconciliation skills, and good working knowledge of Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 
    customer collections
     and ensure timely follow-ups for outstanding payments.
  • Perform 
    receipt posting
    , ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Carry out 
    customer ledger reconciliation
     and clear open items promptly.
  • Prepare and update 
    aging reports
    , highlighting overdue accounts.
  • Perform 
    Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
     and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers for 
    collection discrepancies
     and claims.
  • Process 
    credit and debit notes
     with required approvals.
  • Share 
    periodic reconciliation reports
     with stakeholders.
  • Support 
    month-end closing activities
    , including reports and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
     in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years of experience
     in Accounts Receivable or related accounting functions.
  • Good knowledge of Excel
    , including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, and data handling.
  • Hands-on experience with 
    ERP systems
     (SAP / Tally / similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to
    join immediately
    (preferred).
