Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable professional, based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing and monitoring accounts receivables, ensuring timely invoicing, and overseeing debt collection processes. The individual will maintain accurate financial records, communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, and analyze financial data to enhance operational efficiency and cash flow management.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to accurately assess financial data and accounts receivables
  • Knowledge and experience in finance, particularly with account reconciliation
  • Proficiency in debt collection practices and invoicing processes
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to independently manage accounts
  • Familiarity with financial software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the FMCG or agriculture industry is an advantage
