Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for an Admissions Officer. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for counseling and guiding students and parents regarding admissions and educational opportunities. Daily responsibilities include assisting in the admissions process, handling inquiries, providing excellent customer service, maintaining records, and collaborating with internal teams. The role requires regular interaction with prospective students and families to facilitate their understanding of the institution's programs and offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, parents, and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Customer service expertise and a welcoming approach to address inquiries and resolve concerns.
  • Knowledge of the education sector, including international admissions processes, would be advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively in a team, and build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in maintaining records and using relevant software tools for admissions processes.
  • Prior experience in education or admissions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
