Job Summary:

We're seeking an HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment:

  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviews.

  3. Ensure diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.

  4. Employee Relations:

  5. Handle employee queries and concerns.

  6. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.

  7. Benefits and Compliance:

  8. Administer employee benefits, including payroll and leaves.

  9. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  10. HR Operations:

  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

  12. Manage HR systems and databases.

  13. Training and Development:

  14. Assist in designing and implementing training programs.

  15. Identify training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹33,000.00 per month
