Automotive Service Manager | V3S Motors – BTM Layout, BengaluruWe are hiring an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service operations at V3S Motors, BTM Layout. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer handling ability, and solid technical knowledge of automobiles.

  • Job DetailsPosition: Automotive Service Manager
  • Location: BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka
  • Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Automobile Service Industry)
  • Education: Diploma / Graduate (Automobile or Mechanical preferred)
  • Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed)
  • Perks: Annual Bonus
  • Shift: Day (Full Time)
  • Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily service center operations and workshop staff.
  • Manage customer satisfaction, service quality, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with technicians for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Ensure adherence to service standards and process efficiency.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report to management.
  • RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience as Service Manager / Service Advisor (Automobile).
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and service procedures.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
