Job Summary
Mangla Rubber Technologies is seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client relationships, handle queries, and ensure smooth communication between customers and the company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in CRM software, and a customer-first attitude.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer data in CRM software.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and service teams to resolve client issues.
- Track and follow up on client requirements.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions and CRM activity.
- Support onboarding of new clients and maintain positive relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in CRM, client servicing, or customer support.
- Excellent fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Minimum education: Graduate.
