Coordinator (5 Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Coordinator with a minimum of five years of professional experience to support day-to-day operations, streamline workflow, and ensure smooth communication across teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage daily operational tasks, schedules, and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.

2. Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as a central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication to ensure project alignment.
  • Facilitate information flow to support efficient decision-making.

3. Project Coordination

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Prepare status reports and follow up on pending tasks.

4. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date databases, records, and files.
  • Analyze data and generate weekly/monthly reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all information handled.

5. Process Improvement

  • Identify operational gaps and propose process enhancements.
  • Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
