Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Coordinator. The position requires working on-site at our Rajkot location. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting sales operations, managing customer accounts, and handling inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include providing exceptional customer service, facilitating communication between sales teams and clients, and maintaining organized sales records to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations with the ability to manage and streamline processes.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to provide excellent support and address client concerns effectively.
  • Effective verbal and written Communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients.
  • Previous experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
