Personal Secretary to Managing Director – Real Estate

Company: DRA Group

Location: PS Arcadia Central, Camac Street, Kolkata

Experience: Up to 10- Years (Real Estate preferred)

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Note: This is a full-time corporate administrative role supporting senior management. Not a domestic or household assistant role.

About the Role

This position is a corporate executive support role within a real estate development organization. The role focuses on documentation, compliance coordination, business communication, and high-level administrative tasks aligned with senior management operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate documentation, agreements, legal papers, project files, letters, and formal communication.

  • Support compliance-related coordination with internal departments such as legal, planning, engineering, CRM and finance teams.

• **Assist in preparing project briefs, reports, structured notes, and management-ready documentation.

• **Manage calendars, scheduling, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and business correspondence.


•* *Maintain organized records, confidential files, business documents, and workflow trackers.

  • Facilitate inter-department follow-ups and support project-related documentation alignment.


•* *Handle travel planning, travel itineraries, bookings, meeting logistics and related arrangements.

• **Support senior leadership with structured secretarial responsibilities and administrative execution.

• **Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth communication flow and timely task completion.


•* *Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, accuracy, and corporate discipline in all tasks.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience as Executive Assistant to CEO/MD / Senior Secretary To MD

  • Strong experience in real estate developer / construction industry preferred.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, drafting and documentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of compliance, real estate workflows and support documentation.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
