**Position Description**
**Position Title**:Personal Secretary
**Reports To**: Managing Director
**Location**: Corporate Office
**Function**: Admin
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed; maintain a master corporate calendar of all conferences, all-hands events.
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
- Make portfolio for third party manufacturer as per product pipeline
- Take dictation and meeting minutes, accurately enter notes and distribute
- Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team
- Travel with MD whenever required
**Core Competencies**:
- Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Basic bookkeeping and math skills
- Proficiency in English
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
- Must have Proficient knowledge on Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion with personal and confidential information
**Education/Certifications and Experience**:
- Graduation in any stream.
- Certification in advance Excel will be preferable
- Experience in FMCG industries will be advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
