Job Overview:

We are hiring an enthusiastic Course Selling & Webinar Engagement Executive to promote our courses in Numerology, Tarot, Astrology, Vastu, and other spiritual knowledge streams. The role also includes engaging with webinar participants and assisting with live sessions.

Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in sales or spiritual sciences are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:Course Sales:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Guide prospective students on course features, structure, fees, and outcomes.
  • Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into paying students.
  • Maintain high conversion rates and achieve monthly sales targets.

Webinar Support & Engagement:

  • Promote upcoming webinars to database and new audiences.
  • Assist during live webinars – manage chat, Q&A engagement, technical support.
  • Follow up with webinar attendees and convert them to enrollments.

CRM & Coordination:

  • Update lead records, follow-up logs, and status in CRM tools.
  • Work with the marketing and academic team to ensure smooth onboarding of students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
  • Interest in spiritual sciences (like Tarot, Numerology, Astrology, Vastu) is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and confidence in using video platforms like Zoom/Meet.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence through conversations.
