1. Maintain the uptime of testing & inspection equipment, including FOI, AOI, HP Vision, Labeling stations, Functional Testers (CCS-SzP & AnP).
2. Maintain PDCA for optical equipment.
3. Eliminate repeated problems in the testing and inspection process.
4. Implement best practices and process improvement.
5. Quickly identify part failure issues in station, conduct in-depth investigations to find the root cause and provide permanent measures.
6. Lead discussions with process owners and CoC for non-solving problems.
7. Take responsibility for spare parts management, ensuring availability and readiness. Manage obsolete spares efficiently.
8. Participate in design reviews, providing input on testability and reliability aspects.
9. Work on the modification or improvement of the vision stations.
10. Process Expert has to lead a topic where engineers need support.
11. Evaluate and integrate new automated testing tools/jigs and methodologies.
12. Analyze test results and provide feedback to process owners and the product development team.
13. Coordinate with the process owner for improvement activities.
14. Quick adaptation of change management.
15. Create Machine FMEA and review. Change potential points into CBM.
16. Knowledge transfer and lessons learned deployment across the team members.
17. RPP measure implementation for productivity and process improvements (e.g., Tool life extension, Tool/Spare parts localization).
18. Proactive identification of potential quality risks/breakdown and containment/correction work on predictive action.
19. Implementation of digital systems in maintenance like i4.0 solutions, AI/ML, BOT, RPA, Predictive Maintenance, etc.

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Testing & Optical Breakdown Maintenance worked in electronic manufacturing industries.
• BE or Diploma in E&E/E&C/Mechatronics.

• Should have worked in electronic manufacturing industries.
