Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100 PERCENT subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused on manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. RBAI also produces products for eMobility like MCU (Motor control Unit), C-Box (Communication Box), VCUs (Vehicle Control Unit), Central gateway modules and is geared up for other futuristic products. 1. Maintain the uptime of testing & Inspection equipment, including FOI, AOI, HP Vision, Labeling stations, Functional Testers (CCS-SzP & AnP).
2. Maintain PDCA for optical equipment.
3. Elimination of repeated problems in testing and inspection process.
4. Implementation of best practices and process improvement.
5. Quickly identify part failure issues in station, conduct in-depth investigations to find the root cause and provide permanent measures.
6. Leading discussions with process owners and CoC for non-solving problems.
7. Take responsibility for spare parts management, ensuring availability and readiness. Manage obsolete spares efficiently.
8. Participate in design reviews, providing input on testability and reliability aspects.
9. Work on the modification or improvement of the vision stations.
10. Process expert has to lead a topic where engineers need support.
11. Evaluate and integrate new automated testing tools/jigs and methodologies.
12. Analyze test results and provide feedback to process owners and product development team.
13. Co-ordinate with process owners for improvement activities.
14. Quick adaptation of change management.
15. Create Machine FMEA and review. Change potential points into CBM.
16. Knowledge transfer and lessons learned deployment across the team members.
17. RPP measure implementation for productivity and process improvements (e.g. Tool life extension, Tool/Spare parts localization).
18. Proactive identification of potential quality risks / breakdown and containment / correction work on predictive action.
19. Implementation of digital systems in maintenance like i4.0 solutions, AI/ML, BOT, RPA, Predictive Maintenance, etc.

• 6 to 10 years of experience in testing & optical breakdown maintenance worked in electronic manufacturing industries.
• BE or Diploma in E&E / E&C / Mechatronics.
