Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our interior design services.
  • Explain company offerings clearly and persuasively in Hindi, English, and Tamil.
  • Maintain a database of leads, update call records, and follow up consistently.
  • Understand customer needs and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.
  • Languages: Fluency in Hindi, English, and Tamil (mandatory).
  • Location: Must be currently residing in Chennai.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home.
