Key Responsibilities :

* Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services (Good to have in real estate Expertise).

* Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads generated through marketing activities.

* To understand customer requirements and close sales.

* Explain the features, amenities, and pricing of residential projects to prospective buyers

* Schedule site visits for interested customers and coordinate with the sales team.

* Follow up on leads regularly to ensure high conversion rates.

* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

* Handle inbound queries related to ongoing and upcoming projects.

* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and appointment-setting goals.

Requirements:

* 1+ years of experience in telecalling/telemarketing, preferably in real estate, insurance, banking, or hospitality sectors.

* Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (Telugu, Tamil, Hindi as applicable).

* Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle objections professionally.

* Target-driven, confident, and energetic personality.
