Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Model and Drawing Production

Develop detailed 3D models, CAD sheets, and PDF drawings from point clouds for various projects.

Ensure that all models and drawings adhere to company drafting standards and project specifications. 

• Training and Standard Compliance

Stay current with training materials to thoroughly understand and apply the company's drafting and BIM standards.

Collaborate with the Indian team to ensure compliance with company standards across projects. 

• Project Oversight

Oversee projects from initiation to completion, taking full responsibility for their successful Delivery.

Provide leadership and support to junior staff, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to execute their tasks effectively. 

• Quality Control

Review and approve BIM models and drawings to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements. 

Perform QA/QC on BIM models to uphold high-quality deliverables. 

• Support and Training

Offer ongoing support and training for 2D, 3D, and BIM applications to enhance team performance and efficiency. 

Address technical issues and provide troubleshooting for BIM-related challenges.

• Collaboration and Coordination

Collaborate closely with project managers and team members to collect accurate project information. 

Coordinate with the Indian team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project standards and objectives. 

• Meeting Participation

Attend and lead BIM-related meetings to discuss project updates, challenges, and coordination strategies. 

• Project Updates and Reporting

Provide timely updates on project progress to relevant stakeholders. 

Keep managers informed about any changes or issues, ensuring clear and open communication.
