Your Impact

In this role, you will ensure the performance, security, and availability of our database systems, enabling smooth business operations and informed decision-making. You will play a key role in designing scalable solutions, optimizing performance, and implementing best practices that support our organization's growth and compliance needs.

Your Role Will Include:

  1. Designing, implementing, and maintaining database architectures and schemas to meet business requirements.

  2. Monitoring, tuning, and optimizing database performance to ensure efficiency and reliability.

  3. Implementing robust security measures and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

  4. Developing and managing database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.

  5. Overseeing high-availability configurations, clustering, and replication solutions.

  6. Automating database operations through scripting and implementing database automation frameworks.

  7. Preparing documentation, performance reports, and capacity planning forecasts.

What You Bring:

  1. Proficiency in working with database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Americana Internal

  2. Strong knowledge of database performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting.

  3. Understanding of database security principles and best practices.

  4. Experience with high-availability, clustering, and replication technologies.

  5. Skills in automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to streamline operations.

  6. Experience Required: 8 yrs plus of proven experience as a Database Administrator, preferably in a senior or lead role, with exposure to enterprise-level systems.

  7. Educational Qualification: bachelors or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, MCA or a related discipline.
