Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Civil Project Expert with strong expertise in factory and industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, and timely delivery of large-scale factory construction, fit-out, and civil works.

Key Responsibilities

  1.  Project Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end civil works for factory/industrial projects, ensuring strict adherence to design, budget, and timelines.

  2.  Technical Oversight: Review structural drawings, site layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with codes and standards.

  3.  Site Management: Supervise contractors, vendors, and manpower to ensure smooth on-site execution.

  4.  Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor QA/QC processes for construction materials and workmanship.

  5.  Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, consultants, clients, and internal teams for effective project delivery.

  6.  Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental standards, and safety regulations.

  7.  Cost & Progress Control: Monitor budgets, verify contractor bills, control project costs, and report progress.

  8.  Handover: Ensure final completion, including snag rectification, documentation, and client approval.

Qualifications & Skills

*  Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).

*  Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, with proven expertise in factory/industrial projects.

*  Strong knowledge of RCC, steel structures, PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), flooring, and industrial utilities integration.

*  Hands-on experience in large-scale civil and structural works.

*  Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and project reporting tools.

*  Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

*  Strong ability to manage multiple contractors and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

*  Prior experience in executing manufacturing plants, industrial facilities, or factory projects.

*  Knowledge of MEP integration, utilities planning, and industrial safety standards.

*  Familiarity with EPC/Turnkey projects in industrial sectors.
