We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager - Civil to lead and oversee our construction projects from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure timely execution of projects within defined cost and quality parameters.
  • Lead and supervise site teams & contractors
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and budgets.
  • Act as the key point of contact between clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Resolve site-level challenges and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum
    4+

years of proven experience in managing end-to-end construction projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of project scheduling tools, contracts, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred: English, Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil).
- Must be based in
Bangalore
