As a Civil Project Manager based in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for managing civil engineering projects from conception to completion. You will ensure that all projects adhere to construction and safety standards, are completed on time, and stay within budget. This role demands excellent leadership and organizational skills.

  • Plan and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
  • Manage and lead project teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor on-site progress and manage budgets and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Prepare and review project schedules and reports.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that arise.
  • Oversee quality control and project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in civil project management.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
