Role & responsibilities

  • Tele Counseling prospective students to educate about the various educational platforms we offer
  • Guide students on selecting the most appropriate course considering students profile
  • Create awareness amongst parents and students on how we are unique and the benefits of joining our
  • organization.
  • Assist students in filling application form online / offline and completing admission formalities
  • Offer assistance end to end from registration to admission of the student.
  • Noting important details of each conversation.
  • Maintain records of clients feedback during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff and to
  • improve our services.
  • Manage In-bound and Out-bound Calls effectively & efficiently

Preferred candidate profile

  • Freshers can also apply
  • Experience with (1-5yrs) will be added advantage.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Good Convincing Capability.
  • Ability to do meaningful conversation with students/Parents
  • Good Attitude with steep learning curve
  • Telugu, English, Hindi, Tamil, Bengali Languages are preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Full Time Graduate/ Postgraduate with Good Communication.
  • Multilingual (Proficiency in English, Hindi & Telugu) Proficiency in any of the regional languages is an added advantage.
