Preferred Qualifications:
- 12th Science/ BSC chemistry/Diploma in Surface coating.
- Exposure to powder coating, liquid paint, pre-treatment chemicals, or specialty chemicals.
- Knowledge of technical sales, application parameters, and coating performance criteria.
Role Objective
To provide effective technical sales and service support, ensure smooth customer operations, and contribute to company sales growth through structured field activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular customer visits and provide technical sales & service support.
- Ensure proper functioning of customer systems and follow standard operating procedures.
- Submit visit and service reports with accurate technical and business details.
- Train customers on correct product usage, system handling, and stock management.
- Identify new business opportunities, product upgrades, and service improvements.
- Support onboarding of new customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams and escalate technical or business issues when required.
- Ensure timely communication and reporting through official channels.
