We are hiring for the role of Customer Support Executive - V&A Quality (Voice Process).
Interested candidates who have experience in international voice process and domestic voice process can apply.
Quality Analyst V&A
- Conduct call and session evaluations focused on voice, accent, grammar, pronunciation, and communication etiquette.
- Assess compliance with defined V&A standards and provide structured feedback.
- Maintain audit records and prepare reports highlighting recurring trends and improvement areas.
- Recommend coaching interventions and support calibration sessions with Trainers/Operations.
- Identify training needs through root cause analysis of errors and performance gaps.
