Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Executive, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing procurement operations, handling purchase orders and requisitions, maintaining efficient purchase management processes, and effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The role will involve ensuring timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and managing Purchase Management processes
  • Strong expertise in Procurement and supplier relationship management
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with vendors and internal teams
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work within timelines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a procurement or purchasing role is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools
