Job Description
Function : Software Engineering ? Backend :

  • Analyse requirements, design, and develop the best solution to solve complex business problems.
  • Define features, development phases, and solution requirements for all the stakeholders.
  • Provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered.
  • Designing scalable architecture systems for Java-based applications.

Requirements

  • Should have the ability to select the technology stack based on the requirements.
  • Strong knowledge in designing the solution, keeping in mind the security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability of a solution.
  • Proven expertise in creating prototypes of the solutions.
  • Ability to set a collaboration framework and support project management.
  • Should be hands-on and should be able to coach and mentor the team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 9 - 12 years of experience in building cloud applications using Serverless / Micro services architecture.
  • Expertise, knowledge, and experience in Core Java (Principles and Implementation).
  • Between years of experience in development and delivery with Java 8 or above.
  • Expertise in frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other open source tools for web application development.
  • Sound knowledge of database integration with Hibernate or any other ORMs.
  • Performing validation tests to ensure the flexibility and scalability of the Java environment.
  • Have experience with any SQL and No-SQL databases HBase/Cassandra/MongoDB).
  • Knowledge of GCP is a plus.
  • Product Development experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of DevOps.
