We're seeking a Software Architect (Senior Developer) to design, build, and enhance our eco-friendly, networked mobility platform. You'll lead backend development, guide a team of developers, and shape the technical direction of our products using Python and Django.

Key Responsibilities

Design and enhance scalable backend systems using Python/Django.

Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring best practices in architecture and coding.

Oversee end-to-end delivery—from architecture to deployment and maintenance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile Scrum methodologies.

Integrate third-party services and APIs within the platform ecosystem.

Contribute to roadmap planning and technical decision-making.

Support and coordinate with other technical teams.

Required Qualifications

Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

7–9 years of software development experience, including backend/full-stack.

Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django, and RESTful APIs.

Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Grafana.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.

Knowledge of e-mobility protocols and ecosystems.
