For Pune

The post offered is OFFICER HR, for candidate with 10-12 years of experience .

Salary offered is Rs 5 to Rs 6 lakhs ( all inclusive)

The candidate should have a post graduate degree of MBA (HR) or postgraduate in HR (MSW) etc.

The job of the Manager (HR and Admin) is to handle the following activities, which are typically required in a manufacturing company.

1)Advertising for Management Staff and Graduate Trainee Engineers

2) Coordinating / arranging interviews for the recruitment of operators /workers

3) Appointment letters and Issuing experience certificate.

4) Coordinating for the manpower requirement with the production team

5) ESI / PF, Skill India registration (NATS / NAPS), BOAT activities,

6) Organizing Campus Interviews,

7) Bus, Canteen, Security, Uniform, House keeping

8) Ensuring Discipline, 5S

9) Issue Show Cause, Legal compliances, etc.

10) All types of Admin Activities, (canteen / bus /gardening / house keeping / Security)

11) Training co-ordination, Skill Matrix updating

12) Assisting in the Payroll management, salary upload on bank website

For Bengaluru

The post offered is Officer (HR), for candidate with 3-5 years of experience .

Salary offered is Rs 3.50 lakhs- to Rs 4.50 lakhs.

The Senior Officer (HR) is required to travel to Pune for 15 days for training.
