Senior Human Resources Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Senior HR Professional to manage and oversee all aspects of the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance company culture and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
- Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate with department heads.
- Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Maintain positive employee relations and handle grievances promptly.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee satisfaction surveys.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update HR records, policies, and systems (HRMS).
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
4. Performance Management
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Work with managers to identify training and development needs.
- Support in career planning and employee growth initiatives.
5. Strategic HR & Culture Development
- Contribute to HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build and maintain a strong, positive organizational culture.
- Provide HR insights and analytics to management for decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
