Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resource Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will take a lead role in end-to-end recruitment while also contributing to other HR functions including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a hands-on approach, and a passion for building a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future staffing needs.
• Source candidates through various channels – job portals, social media, consultancies, and employee referrals.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate final rounds with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles.
• Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll and attendance management coordination.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and exit formalities in a professional manner.
• Assist in performance appraisal cycles and data collation.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Support HR policies implementation and employee communication programs.
• Ensure proper documentation for new hires, resignations, and internal movements.
• Support statutory compliance and HR audit requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company HR policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
