Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources, located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The responsibilities include managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering effective employee relations, and overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, addressing employee concerns professionally, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in HR Management, HR Policies, and Human Resources practices
  • Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated knowledge of labor laws and workplace regulations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Post-graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a diversified industry
