Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, implement and maintain HR policies, and ensure smooth organizational processes. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records, handling recruitment efforts, facilitating trainings, and addressing workplace concerns while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and implementing organizational processes
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and maintaining a positive workplace culture
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
  • Solid understanding of key Human Resources (HR) practices and compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
