This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR functions which include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition (preferably from hospitality background)
  • Skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Familiarity with training and development programs
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and labor law compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹55,968.85 per month
